OP says he wants a War on Gankers then talks about CODE for the rest of his post. The failure to acknowledge the existence of non-CODE ganking entities leads me to the realisation that OP is in fact yet another CODE alt hyping up their alliance.
Any serious war on gankers would need to stop all ganking, not just the CODE ganking.
[edit] ok he mentioned it at the end, but so much CODE this and that in the post I barely noticed that lol |

In my opinion, all miners benefit from mass ganking across high sec. The suicide attacks help to reduce the flow of minerals, resulting in a higher isk/hour for the smarter miners that don't get ganked. This makes mining more lucrative.
Without ganking, less carebears would quit EvE due to having their venture ganked, and miners would multiply like a virus, throughout high sec. The mineral supply would spiral out of control, and prices would crash.
If things got really bad, it might mean that you would have to mine twice as long to pay for your plex!

Ganking benefits the whole of New Eden. But there are bad apples out there. They should be thrown in the trash! Not the rule-abiding noble ganker! Is botting noble?
Just like a law-abiding tax payer is not bad for "helping" crooks in jail. |

No it is more like saying that robbing a bank helps the bank across the street. If you eliminate the competition, whether intentional or not, the remaining suppliers benefit. Look at the movie Forest Gump, the dude had the last shrimp boat and became a millionaire. He didn't cause the hurricane, but he was in the last supplier left.
Players and bots are both being ganked. And in no way is it likely that only botter miners will remain at the end! In fact I would say that as CCP gets smarter, and brings in some active gameplay for mining, the botters will be gone forever! Player miners will win.
